We did it again! Milo and I made it all the way! That journey is never an easy one but it seemed a little more bearable this time. I am grateful for the people along the way that help in little ways with the journey. I was pretty alert when we landed and determined to get through customs without any hassle. I found two carts and began hauling my 10 bags off the belt. I had many people who watched me either impressed or in amazement. I didn't care I was determined and ready to be in a bed! I got through customs with them only opening one bag and didn't get hackled for money. I am getting pretty good at this! Milo didn't make a sound during this process! They didn't even know he was in there!!!!! Milo was so good and slept most of the way! He kept licking me on the first part of the trip when I wasn't sure the tears would ever stop. He is so very comforting and I am lucky to have him! The Washs were all there to pick me up and it was great to see them. Milo and I pretty much went to bed and slept till 1pm TZ time! We were exhausted!
Today, we feel very at home and confirms even more that we are where we are supposed to be. Back to the cool showers, being dirty all the time, and no power. But, home believe it or not! Milo is now his shade of grey after a day of exploring and hiking his leg over every plant! He has been outside playing with Sampson all day. They are so excited to see each other! It is good to see our teammates and friends here! We are grateful to be back! Thank you for your notes of encouragement and prayers! They padded the journey well!
