Emanuel

I have found that Swahili is a very expressive language.  Which makes for an interesting combination since I am an expressive person.  Where my Swahili lacks I substitute with motions and facial expressions.  This little man Emanuel has developed an expressive language with me.  He likes to mimic my facial expressions in a very sweet manor which has allowed a dialoge to commence with not a single word.  Where I lack God always provides as I love these kids for Him!

And this is the secret:  Christ in your hearts is your only hope of glory.  Colossians 1:27


May this continue to be true of Emanuel as he grows that You are in his heart for the hope of glory!  May he mimic Christ in the heart from his parents, teachers, and me.  To God be the glory for this sweet face will one day meet his King!
