Todd and I were able to venture with 6 of our nationals to Dar es Salam for the Leadership Summit. This was the first year that it has come to Tanzania. A church in KS made the funds available for us to be able to go. I realized how hungry one becomes for resources and encouragement being away from all the resources of the States. We learned a lot and it was a pure joy to watch our 4 Bush guys in a larger city. It could be like watching Buddy in Elf discover New York. Maybe, not as extreme but you get my point. Now, Dar on the other hand is the largest city in TZ and I could do without ever going there again. I am grateful that our ministry is based close to Arusha and not Dar.
