Well the trip is not fun but it was worth it when I saw the faces of loved ones at the end of the tunnel. Milo and I made it but I think we both felt like we had been hit by a bus! I slept pretty well for about 5/6 hrs and then I am up. 7pm comes and I hit a very large wall but I am hanging in. I know for sure that I am cold! I love to look at the snow but I am so very cold! The shower feels so wonderful with shampoo, lotions, and being able to shave my legs! It is the little things that take me back. Church was lovely and most of the time I have know idea what I said but the hugs were wonderful! Sitting next to my dear friend Amber, Shelby snuggled on my lap, and Christie to my left. It was perfect! The four of us when to Target (supposed to hug Target for Tami!) to get some needed items. I was overwhelmed and over stimulated. Christie had to help me pick things out because there were so many choices! We ate at McDonald's and it has never tasted so good! Fountain Diet Coke with ice was so wonderful.
It is kinda weird to be back. Not in a bad way but just like a dream maybe. Lots to tell and I look forward to sharing of my life in Africa and my dear friends there.
