CMF Furlough Retreat

This past week it was nice to gather with staff and missionaries of CMF.  The hot days were filled with times of instruction, refreshment, and spiritual renewal.  My favorite is getting to me my CMF Missionary friends who serve all over the world.  It is grand to be able to be with people who have a similar heart beat.  CMFI also has announced the new logo.  It was fun to get to be on the brainstorming end of this project.  It will be fun as the new print is seen in more and more places!  Thanks to those who worked so hard to make it an enjoyable week to gather together!  

Things I learned from the MKs!

• Dinner conversation can include a competition of who has eaten the most bizarre meal!  Fish Eyes or Cow Tongue!!  You can decide what you think!
• So much fun to gather with friends who know what it is like living in a foreign culture.
• Having friends all over the world is a really cool thing!
• Always saying goodbye can be hard!
• Home is wherever you are that day and night!

Prayers Points~

• This last phase of being in the States begin a month of goodbyes.  It is hard
• I have (I believe) my final church presentation with the Price Hill Church in Cincinnati this Sunday.
