Many of you enjoyed the posts of meeting kids one on one. Now it is a bit more difficult because there are so many kids!! To encourage some of the writing/drawing assignments in our preschool classes and introducing kids to you I came up with this little idea! Each weekend I get to look over the drawing and writing assignments. I am looking for creativity, colors, and dimensions. The paper picked for the week the little artist will get a little treat and be introduced on the blog. Also, we are learning to write our letters! This week Shedrack and Sebastian's work of art was chosen.
Shedrack is the fourth kid in his family and would like to be a teacher! His drawing of a cow made me smile and it is great to see the kids begin to express themselves on paper! He said that his favorite thing about being at school "is listening to all the things that the teacher says!"
Sebastian's work of writing the letter "Bb" was impressive! He is the third kid in his family and his favorite part of school is writing! Sebastian bless his heart has a tummy that is often not happy. But he plugs away with learning and his work with a smile!
We are learning LOTS here in Tanzania!!
