Joshua School Magugu

I traveled to Magugu to visit and observe in the school there that The Joshua Foundation helped built first. Magugu is a small village town about two hours south of Aruaha. It was good to be out once more and to visit the school. Feddie is the Pre-Primary teacher there and despite the various needs of improvement as a teacher he is ready and willing to grow! The children were very welcoming and eager to learn. Feddie has actually been with us here in Arusha for the week in our mentor and modeling. He has been able to experience how we teach in hopes to implement the methods back in his class in Magugu. I will travel again this week to see how the implementation is going and ways to help.

This little man in his dress jacket for school melted my heart!

Prayer Points~

  • Pray for Feddie this week! May he continue to have an open heart to learn new things, to implement what he is learning, and have perseverance to lay a vital foundation in the lives of these kids!!
  • May these children grow in their love and praise to their Creator! May these 50 or so kids hold tight to the truths they are learning here in Magugu, Tanzania!
  • Grant us wisdom, insight, and patience as Lynda and I return to Magugu to train teachers, empower leaders, and encourage young/old this week in Magugu. Lord grant us protection as we travel.
