Samweli is the oldest in our class. He is probably about eight years old and very helpful to the other children. The below picture indicates his helpfulness. I would prefer for Samweli not to help his younger sister quite so well getting up to the slide! Not the safest option but creative! I do wish the playground was more age appropriate for the majority of our students who are young. However, like in most situations we make do with what we have and have a ball doing it!
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others. 1 Peter 4:10 Join me in prayer for Samweli, that as a child of God with unique talents, grows up to always love God. Thank you Father for the spiritual gifts You are nurturing in him to build up the fellowship of other believers. Gifts like service, comforting others, and leadership that I see everyday in this little class. I pray that planted in Samweli will be a lifelong desire to use any talent physical, mental, or spiritual to serve You!
